SOLO® is Frontline’s online tool that allows our clients to be in control of their data

SOLO® is Frontline’s proprietary web-based tool that revolutionizes both merge/purge and list fulfillment. Built by and intuitively designed for direct response and list professionals, our clients can access SOLO® from any internet connection at any time. This interactive system eliminates inefficient back-and-forth emails, allowing staff time to be dedicated to more strategic projects.

The SOLO® System for Merge/Purge

SOLO (Secure Online List Organizer) is our web-based list management tool which provides users with an interactive, real-time access to the status and activity of list inventories (LOL’s).

SOLO® allows you to:

  • Access an up-to-the-minute status of your LOL
  • Approve variances between quantity ordered and received
  • Interactively cancel lists and request merge cutoff with the click of a mouse
  • Download the current list of list status from the web to Excel
  • Review archived merge reports and list information

The SOLO® System for List Fulfillment

With instant access to counts and queries, SOLO® takes the time lag out of submitting count/query requests to service bureaus. The SOLO® system also provides real-time status of orders, count verifications, and final billing costs.
